Member Benefits:
Business Advocacy: The Chamber is the voice of the business community and represents business on matters regarding transportation, redevelopment, tourism and other issues facing our community.
Direct Referrals: The Chamber receives hundreds of requests each year for recommendations about businesses and organizations in the Willits area. We refer only our Chamber members to newcomers, visitors and area residents by using our membership database and our Membership Directory.
Sponsorship Opportunities: Chamber Vocational Scholarship, the Annual Community Festival & Car Show, Local First Hometown Celebrations, Chamber Business Mixers.
Membership Mailing Labels: Member mailing labels are available to Chamber members (free one time per year). Additional labels at a nominal fee.
Newsletter: Chamber members receive the "Chamber Updates" newsletter featuring current issues, upcoming events and introduction of our new members.
Mailer Insert Program: The Info Sheets program provides a low cost way for members to promote themselves to other members. Promotional flyers are inserted in the Chamber Updates newsletter for a nominal fee.
Committees: Participation in committee activities and working with others, offers members additional opportunities to meet business and professional people sharing similar interests as well as community involvement.
Information Center: The Willits Chamber maintains demographic information, community information (Clubs & Organizations List, Community Calendar of Events & Activities), local publications, maps, etc. for members, tourists, new residents, and businesses. We answer hundreds of mail and telephone inquiries annually.
Eligibility: Chamber members are eligible for membership in the Redwood Credit Union and the Mendo Lake Credit Union.
