The Willits Unified School District serves a diverse student population and provides area students with an excellent educational system.

Willits High School, a California Distinguished School, is accredited and provides an outstanding curriculum. Both primary and secondary schools are well staffed with qualified teachers and aides. Several alternative schools are within the area.
